About Pavlov Reset Consulting
Pavlov Reset Consulting is based on the idea that most workplace behaviour is automatic, not rational. Under stress, people revert to ingrained reactions that once kept them safe but now undermine performance. Pavlov Reset helps leaders and teams identify, interrupt, and retrain these patterns. Using applied psychology and high-pressure training methods inspired by freediving, the work creates a measurable shift from reactivity to clarity, from tension to control, and from burnout to sustainable effectiveness.
The Method: Calm Under Pressure
Our approach draws on insights from freediving physiology, applied psychology, and real-world leadership experience. Just as freedivers learn to remain calm and controlled under immense pressure, leaders can develop the ability to regulate stress, maintain clarity, and make sound decisions when the stakes are high.
The result is stronger leadership presence, clearer thinking, and more sustainable performance.

The Challenge of Leadership Under Pressure
Modern leadership operates under constant pressure.
Complex decisions, continuous communication, and high expectations leave little space for clear thinking.
Over time, pressure erodes focus and decision quality.
High performance requires the ability to remain calm and think clearly when stakes are high.
Focus. Decision-making. Resilience.

About me
My work sits at the intersection of corporate leadership, psychology, and extreme performance.
I spent years as a senior manager leading high‑pressure global transformations within complex organisations, including large‑scale change initiatives in highly regulated environments. This experience exposed me firsthand to the cognitive load, decision fatigue, and nervous‑system stress leaders face when stakes are high and time is limited.
Drawing on this background, along with formal training in psychology and my practice as a freediver, I now work primarily with senior leaders and leadership teams operating under sustained pressure. My work focuses on strengthening stress regulation, decision‑making clarity, and sustainable high performance in environments where calm, focus, and judgment are critical.
